Hollandaise Snack Mix

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2 pack (0.9 ounces each)-hollandaise sauce mix
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons. garlic powder
  • 2 c Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 2 c Ritz Bits crackers
  • 2 c Stick pretzels

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in next 3 ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together peanuts, crackers, and pretzels.
  4. Pour butter mixture over peanut mixture. Toss until well coated.
  5. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Transfer to paper towels to cool completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: about 6 cups snack mix.
