Hollandaise Snack Mix

Ingredients:

1/2 c Butter
2 pack (0.9 ounces each)-hollandaise sauce mix
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons. garlic powder
2 c Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
2 c Ritz Bits crackers
2 c Stick pretzels

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in next 3 ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix together peanuts, crackers, and pretzels. Pour butter mixture over peanut mixture. Toss until well coated.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: about 6 cups snack mix
