Pineapple Shake



  • 20 oz. Pineapple chunks in-unsweetened juice
  • 1 med Banana, peeled, cut into-chunks
  • 1 1/2 c Skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract


  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and save remainder for other use.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses.
