Lemon Italian Ice Cream
- 3 c Water
- 1 1/2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1 1/4 c Sugar
- 3/4 c
- Combine water, sugar and lemon peel in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil
on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour mixture into canister of ice cream maker. Stir in lemon
- Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
