1/2 lb. ground beef (season to taste with chili powder, salt,
1 cup Picante sauce (Thick and Chunky)
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 oz. Mexican Shredded cheese
Tortilla chips for dipping
Black and/or green olives, sliced
Green onions & tops, chopped
Chopped, seeded tomatoes
Sliced and seeded Jalapeno peppers
Brown ground beef with chili powder and seasonings to taste. Drain.
Stir in shredded cheese, cream cheese and Picante sauce. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and salsa is warmed.
Place this beef mixture into one medium bowl, or individual bowls, and top with your choice of toppings.
Serve with chips for dipping.
