Oriental Meatballs



  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1 egg1 sm. onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice (or V8 juice)
  • 1 pkg. Sweet 'n Low


  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and form small balls.
  2. Pour sauce ingredients into pan, add meatballs.
  3. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  4. Let cool in refrigerator.
  5. Skim off fat, and reheat.
