Krispy Kreme Doughnuts



  • 1 Can PLAIN Biscuits
  • Powered sugar, to taste
  • Granulated sugar, to taste
  • Cinnamon, to taste


  1. Poke a hole in the center of each biscuit. Deep fry until brown (or fry in skillet) turning doughnuts once. Do not crowd. Drain well on paper towels.
  2. Because the biscuit dough has little, if any, sugar, you will want to either roll them in powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar mix (1/2 powdered sugar to 1/2 granulated sugar with cinnamon to taste), or glaze the doughnuts with a regular or chocolate glaze.

Recipe yields: 10 doughnuts.
