Chili's Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package taco mix
  • 1 28 ounce can tomatoes
  • 2 boil in bag packages of minute rice
  • 1 can cheddar soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Brown beef, add taco mix and tomatoes. Cook rice.
  2. In 13 X 9 inch casserole dish, layer meat mixture then rice. Mix milk and soup and pour over that.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
