2 packages (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S Spinach Souffle, defrosted*
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can marinated artichoke
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
COOK onion in butter until tender; add Spinach
Soufflé and mix well. Place ½ spinach mixture in 2-quart baking dish; top with
artichoke hearts. Top with remaining spinach mixture. Combine bread crumbs and
cheese; sprinkle over casserole.
BAKE for 25 to 35 minutes or until set.
*DEFROST in microwave on 50% power for 6 to 7 minutes.
