Pickled Eggs in a Jar
- 1 dozen eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 big bell
- 7-9 garlic cloves
- Tony Chachere's
seasoning (or salt & pepper)
- Red pepper
- While the eggs are boiling cut and prepare the veggies.
the vinegar until boiling.
- Put everything in a glass jar, add
heated vinegar and seasonings. One dozen eggs fit in a quart jar.
- Shake the jar with lid on to mix. Refrigerate and enjoy.
