Pickled Eggs in a Jar


  • 1 dozen eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 big bell pepper, sliced
  • 7-9 garlic cloves
  • Vinegar
  • Tony Chachere's seasoning (or salt & pepper)
  • Red pepper


  1. While the eggs are boiling cut and prepare the veggies.
  2. Heat the vinegar until boiling.
  3. Put everything in a glass jar, add heated vinegar and seasonings. One dozen eggs fit in a quart jar.
  4. Shake the jar with lid on to mix. Refrigerate and enjoy.
