No Bake Creamy Peach Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (3 ounces) Peach-flavored gelatin
  • ⅔ cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream
  • 8 ounces Frozen whipped topping - thawed
  • 1 cup diced and peeled fresh peaches
  • 1 Deep-dish pastry shell - baked

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Slowly stir in ice cream until melted and smooth.
  3. Add in the whipped topping and mix very well.
  4. Gently fold in peaches.
  5. Pour into the baked pastry shell.
  6. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream or fresh peaches if desired.
