Louisiana Sweet Potato Pone

Ingredients:

• 2 c. grated sweet potato
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1 egg Curry powder
• (options include nuts, dry sherry, or marshmallows)
  

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together and bake in a greased shallow baking pan for 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
