He adds his great humor along with his cooking skills.
Some of you may remember Justin as having a funny sense of humor,
and he was famous for the saying, "I ga-ron-tee!" which means I
guarantee!
He has written several Cajun cookbooks, and also
Cajun Humor books Sadly, Justin Wilson passed away in 2001 at the age
of 87, but his cooking and humor will still live in the hearts of
many.
