Down-Home Sausage Gravy Over Biscuits, is simple but delicious, made breakfast sausage, creamy seasoned white gravy, and served over biscuits.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sausage and onion in large skillet.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in flour; mix well. Stir in evaporated milk, water, salt and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve immediately over biscuits.
