- 1 pound scallops
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup freshly made buttered bread
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Butter a small baking dish or 3
- Rinse the scallops and pat dry with
- Cream the butter, mustard and
cayenne in a small bowl.
- Place the scallops in the baking
dish or shells, dot with creamed butter and cover with buttered crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
