Creole Rice Salad


  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup imitation bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TB French dressing


  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Chill and serve.
