Cajun Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail


  • 1/2 c Heinz chili sauce
  • 1/2 c Catsup
  • 1/2 c Horseradish
  • 1 tb Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 c Parsley, chopped fine
  • Louisiana hot sauce to taste
  • 1 pound boiled crawfish tails or shrimp


  1. Combine all ingredients to make sauce.
  2. Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce.

Yield: 6 Servings
