- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
- 1 can button mushrooms
- 2 hard - boiled eggs, diced
- 1 1/2 oz. dry sherry
- 1 TB flour
- 1 cup milk
- Add all ingredients except cheese to cream sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a buttered casserole and top with gated cheese and a few almonds.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
