Crabmeat Casserole


  • 1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. light cream
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Extra stuffing mix for top of casserole
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Mix everything together and top with extra stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake in small casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with crackers.

Yields: 6 servings.
