Corn Fritters


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 tbsp. melted shortening


  1. In a large glass bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Drop from a teaspoon into hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
