Cold Shrimp Dip

This Cold Shrimp Dip is a delicious tasting dip that is served at many Cajun weddings and parties.

Cold Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups shrimp, boiled and chopped small
  • 1/4 cup each: bell pepper, onion, dill pickle, and celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in food processor until smooth.
  2. Blend in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Serve cold with crackers or chips of your choice.

Yield : 20 servings
