Cajun Chicken Club Sandwich

Cajun Chicken Club Sandwich Recipe

This is not your ordinary club sandwich. The chicken is seasoned with Cajun seasonings ; cooked to perfection, and uses a creamy salad dressing instead of mayonnaise.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Creamy Parmesan salad dressing
  • 4 Sandwich rolls; split and toasted
  • 8 Tomato slices
  • 8 Bacon strips; cooked


  1. Flatten the chicken to ⅜-inch thickness and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place chicken in a skillet with the oil, and cook chicken 5 minutes on each side or until juice run clear. Place cheese over chicken.
  3. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt.
  4. Spread dressing over both halves of rolls.
  5. Assemble by layering bottom halves with two slices of tomato, chicken and two strips of bacon; replace tops.

Serves 4.
