Bayou Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 med onion
- 1/2 medium bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- One 6 oz roll Jalapeno cheese
- One 6 oz roll garlic cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 8 oz pkg. broad egg noodles, (or your
favorite pasta) cooked
- 1 tbs parsley
Directions:
- Sauté onion and bell pepper.
- Add soups and cheeses and stir until
blended on medium low fire.
- Add seasonings and shrimp to mixture, then
add noodles and heat. Ready to serve.
