Italian Wheat Bread
- 1 1/2 tb Sugar
- 1 c Water
- 1 c Wheat bread flour
- 1/3 c Pesto sauce
- 2 c White bread flour
- 2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
- 3 ts Yeast, active dry
- 3/4 ts Salt
- Use freshly prepared pesto sauce or make your own. Stir
the sauce well before measuring to blend oil.

Makes 1 loaf of Italian wheat bread.
This is a light wheat bread with a succulent pesto flavor. Serve it
plain or use it for garlic bread with spaghetti or lasagna.
