Sticky Buns

Sticky Buns. Delight your Valentine with these simply sweet and delicious sticky buns.

Ingredients:

Using Thaw, Rise and Bake Cinnamon Rolls:

  • 1 package Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Using AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls:

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:

Using Thaw, Rise and Bake Cinnamon Rolls:

  1. Make the topping by combining brown sugar, butter, honey and corn syrup in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat and stir until sugar and butter are melted.
  3. Pour mixture into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle pecans on top.
  4. Evenly arrange thawed cinnamon rolls on top of prepared topping. Then cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning.
  6. Remove pan from oven and immediately and carefully (Topping is hot!) invert onto a serving tray.

Using AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls:

  1. Make the topping by combining brown sugar, butter, honey and corn syrup in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat and stir until sugar and butter are melted.
  3. Remove rolls from pan, spray and pour mixture, then sprinkle pecans on top.
  4. Evenly arrange thawed cinnamon rolls on top of prepared topping.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning.
  7. Remove pan from oven and immediately and carefully (Topping is hot!) invert onto a serving tray.

Prep Time: 60 min.
Bake Time: 20-35 min.
