Quick and Easy Oriental

Quick and easy oriental is made with beef, shrimp, chicken or vegetables.


1 3/4 lbs. thinly sliced beef, can use Shrimp, pork, chicken or vegetarian
1/2 package pea pods
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bok choy
1 can chow mein vegetables
Soy sauce


Oil wok before heating with 2 tablespoons of oil heat wok to 350 F.

Stir in beef and 1/2 cup water, cook about 15 minutes,then stir in vegetables, soy sauce for extra flavor.

Vegetables cook in about 15 minutes.

Serve with fried rice or chow mein noodles.
