Creamy rice pudding that is quick and easy. Use cooked rice, milk, vanilla pudding, cinnamon and nutmeg.
1 1/2 c Cooked rice
2 1/2 c 0.5% milk
1 pack (small) of Jell-O Cook and Serve Vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Combine milk with vanilla pudding mix. Add rice. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly until mixture is boiling.
emove from heat and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Allow to cool, then pour into individual serving containers. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
