Oatmeal that is simple and easy, made right in the microwave. Sprinkle with your choice of fruit, nuts, or raisins for a healthy breakfast.
1 c Water
1/2 c Oatmeal
1/8 tsp. Salt; optional
Combine all ingredients in 2 cup microwave bowl.
Microwave at 50% 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven; mix well.
Sprinkle with your choice of fruit, nuts or raisins if desired.
