Oat Bran Muesli



  • 1/2 c Oat bran
  • 1 c Rolled oats
  • 1 c Plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c Unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 3 Bananas, kiwis, apples or-oranges, sliced, or a handful of berries.


  1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together oat bran, oats and yogurt.
  2. If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of skim milk to thin it.
  3. Place mixture in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. To serve, place mixture in individual bowls and mix in the seeds or sprinkle them on top, along with fruit.

Makes 2 servings.
