Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2 C. granulated sugar
• 1 C. shortening
• 2 C. pumpkin
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 4 C. flour
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 12 oz. chocolate chips
  

Directions:

1. Mix together eggs, sugar, shortening and pumpkin until creamy.
2. Mix together dry ingredients and add to creamy mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop by large spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 10 to 12 minutes.
