Chocolate Chip Cheese Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 tube (18 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or you can use 2 c. of your own dough)
• 1 8oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
  

Directions:

1. Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into a greased 8" sq. baking pan.
2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg together until smooth. Spread the mixture over the dough. Crumble the remaining half of the cookie dough on top of this.
3. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
