Creamed Crabmeat

Creamed Crabmeat


  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat
  • 4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • Bread crumbs
  • Dash of red pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in individual ramkins.
  2. Dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 4-6
