Cajun Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 ts Crumbled dried oregano
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/4 ts Ground cumin
  • 2 pn Cayenne pepper
  • 2 pn Black pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare 24 hours before using, for flavors to blend.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

Yield: 1 Cup Per tablespoon: 29 calories, 3 grams fat, 3 milligrams cholesterol.
