Broiled Red Snapper

Broiled Red Snapper Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Stick butter
  • 4 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 5 more drops of *Tabasco sauce
  • 4 lb. red snapper filets

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt.
  2. Combine all ingredients and baste fish with sauce.
  3. Broil 15 - 20 minutes, turn, then broil 15 - 20 minutes longer.
  4. Baste fish frequently while broiling.
