Sweet Coconut Curry Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Butter
1 tb Dry milk
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Coconut flakes
1/3 c Raisins
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Curry powder
2 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 c Water

Directions:

Colorful and unexpected, this bread is as distinctive as the country inspired it.

The raisins and coconut lend a slight sweetness, but the flavor and aroma are distinctly curry. Serve it with your favorite rice and meat dish.

Success Hints: If you like more kick in your curry, use hot curry.

Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine.
