Garden Herb Bread

Ingredients:

1 tb Butter
1 tb Dry milk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Chives
1 ts Marjoram
1 ts Salt
1 ts Thyme
1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
1/2 ts Basil
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 c Water

Directions:

This bread deserves some SERIOUS raves Electric Bread's description says most of it, but I like it so much I've used the bread for turkey

The fragrance of turkey stuffing will fill your home while this flavorful bread is baking, thanks to all those aromatic dried herbs.

This loaf is excellent for any old meat sandwich you can dream up - including turkey and cranberry - and it makes downright tasty croutons.

Success Hints: Use dried herbs that are flaked and not ground. If using ground, reduce the amount by half. If using fresh herbs, double the amount.

Any combination of spices may be substituted according to your tastes. Use regular, rapid bake or timed bake cycle. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine

Makes 1 loaf of Garden Herb Bread.
