Goose Barbecue

Ingredients:

  • 1 Goose

For the barbecue sauce:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

Directions:

  1. Boil goose until tender (3-4 hours).
  2. Change water every hour.
  3. Take meat off the bones.

Chesapeake Bay Barbecue Sauce:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put meat in sauce and heat 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
