Graveyard In A Cup

This is a cute Halloween treat, looks like a graveyard in a cup!

Ingredients:

1 package (16 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 serving size each) Chocolate and Vanilla pudding
1 tub (12 ounces) of frozen whipped topping

Directions:

Crush cookies in a zip top bag with a rolling pin or use a food processor.
Pour cold milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies.
Spoon into separate clear plastic cups, layering the pudding mixture, remaining crushed cookies and candy corn.
Top with crushed cookies, add dabbed of whipped topping to make ghosts, add little candy pumpkins and candy corn or a cookie "tombstone".

Makes 12 to 16 servings

Cooking Tips:

Pumpkin substitute: At the last minute, you find that you thought you had pumpkin for a recipe, then you find out you don't. You might just have some sweet potatoes! Sweet potatoes are a good substitute for pumpkin, and pumpkin is a good substitute for sweet potatoes (in certain recipes).

Pie Crust: If you are having trouble with your crust browning too soon around the rim, place some tin foil around it prevent burning.

Frying Turkey: If you are frying a turkey, please use precautions, and the correct type of oil. Peanut oil is the best oil to use as it has a lower flash point, and doesn't catch on fire as easily as other oils. NEVER fry a turkey indoors!

Injecting a Turkey: There are several Cajun marinades (and others) that come with an injector to add more flavor. Personally, I like the marinades that Tony Chachere makes.
