Crock Pot Barbecue Beef

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 lb. chuck roast
• 1 C. water
• 1 bottle barbecue sauce
• 1/3 C. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. mustard
• 1 onion, chopped
• Salt and pepper
  

Directions:

1. Cook on high heat until it boils.
2. Simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Chop meat and stir all well.
