White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter,  softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup almonds, chopped
  

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter and sugars together till light.
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat.
4. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
5. Drop by spoonful's on baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.
