Parmesan Duck Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 duck breasts, boned and sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tsp. water
  • 1 cup Wesson oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Dip pieces of duck breast in beaten egg and roll in Parmesan cheese.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve.
