Duck Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 3 duck breasts
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Cut meat from breasts into 1/4 inch thick slices and soak them in milk for 6-8 hours.
  2. Fry onions in oil.
  3. Drain milk from duck, roll duck strips in flour and fry.
  4. Season to taste and serve with fried onions.
