Baked Doves in Wild Rice

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Several dove breasts
  • 1 box wild rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can water
  • Onion, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Clean Doves.
  2. Mix all ingredients in casserole pan and lay dove breasts on top of mixture.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
