- 2 cups watermelon, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup water
- Juice of 2 to 3 lemons to taste
- 1 tablespoon
sugar plus extra to taste
- Melon wedges, optional garnish
- In a blender, process watermelon, raspberries and water until pureed.
- Press through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding
- Stir in lemon juice and sugar to taste.
- Serve chilled with
watermelon wedges if desired.
