Shrimp In Love Pasta

Shrimp In Love Pasta. This Shrimp-in-Love Pasta is ridiculously delicious, requires just five ingredients and is ready to eat in only 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb. linguine, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1-1/2 cups torn fresh spinach

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and shrimp turn pink.
  4. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add spinach and shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
