Impossible Turkey and Stuffing Pie

Ingredients:

• 2 cup Turkey; cooked & cut up
• 1 cup Celery; chopped
• ½ cup Onion; finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• ¾ teaspoon Sage; ground or 1 tsp dried
• ½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
• ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
• 1 ¼ cup Milk
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Bisquick or baking mix
  

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2".
2. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate.
3. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. pour into plate.
4. Bake till knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
5. Cool 5 minutes.
