Onion Soup with Stuffed Turkey Meatballs Gratinée (Au Gratin)

Ingredients:

  • Prepared Onion soup, (about a litre and a half should be good)
  • Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 kilo ground turkey

Directions:

  1. Make meatballs with the ground turkey using your favorite recipe, and stuff them with the Monterrey Jack cheese.
  2. Brown the meatballs in a cast iron skillet, then add onion soup and grate cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 350 until pan is bubbly.
  4. Take out and enjoy!
