Onion Soup with Stuffed Turkey Meatballs Gratinée (Au Gratin)
- Prepared Onion soup, (about a litre and a half should be good)
- Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 kilo ground turkey
- Make meatballs with the ground turkey using your favorite recipe, and stuff them with the Monterrey Jack cheese.
the meatballs in a cast iron skillet, then add onion soup and grate cheese on
- Bake at 350 until pan is bubbly.
- Take out and enjoy!
