- 6 pounds watermelon (seeded and cut in chunks)
- 2 pints
strawberries (washed and hulled)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 ounces frozen
lemonade concentrate -- thawed
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Puree the watermelon in food processor in batches until smooth. Strain
through a sieve into a large bowl or gallon pitcher.
strawberries with sugar until smooth. Add strawberry puree, lemonade
concentrate and lemon juice to watermelon juice. Refrigerate.
