Easily and quickly make this fruit cobbler. Only takes about 25 minutes to bake.
1 can (21-oz) apple pie filling (can substitute other fruit filling)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c Low-fat baking mix
1/4 c Skim milk; at room temperature
1/4 c Granulated sugar
2 tb Margarine; melted
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray.
Spoon apple pie filling into prepared pan, sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine baking mix, milk, sugar, and margarine in a mixing bowl.
Drop by spoonful's on top of filling. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
