Beef and vegetables that are very quick and easy to make.
1/2 c Chili sauce
3 tb Water
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 lb. Lean beef; cut into 1/2" strips
1 tb Oil
16 oz. Frozen vegetable mixture
Combine first 5 ingredients & set aside.
In a large preheated skillet, quickly brown steak in oil. Remove & set aside.
In same skillet, cook vegetables 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add reserved chili sauce mixture. Heat & stir until thickened.
Return beef to skillet & heat. Serve over rice.
